Account Deletion
Delete your Wurder account
You can delete your account directly in Wurder. If you no longer have access to the app, you can still request deletion here.
Delete your account in the Wurder app
Open Home, go to Account Security, then choose Delete account and confirm the deletion when prompted.
This is the quickest route when you can still sign in to Wurder.
If you no longer have access to the app
Email hello@wurder.app with the subject line Account deletion request.
If possible, send the request from the email address linked to the account. If you cannot access that mailbox, include the account details you still know, such as your Wurder ID or previous email address.
We may ask for reasonable proof that the request comes from the account holder before completing a manual deletion.
What account deletion removes
- Your Wurder sign-in account.
- Your direct account and profile records.
- Your username or Wurder ID reservation where it is linked to the deleted account.
Shared game history and retained records
Some records belong to shared games or sessions involving other people. Where those records need to remain as part of the game history, Wurder can retain the operational record while removing or anonymising the deleted account's identity.
We may also retain limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, support handling or legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
Need help first?
